He set up a family corporation, purportedly to include his five sons (born 1940~1950) in the business, and ended up (1957)suing the IRS over the back taxes, but lost his case.

Peggy died 27 June 1976 in St Maries ID. Buried in Woodlawn cemetery, along with her husband who died in 1991.
