Daughter of Joseph P HEALY and Ella Penrose KILDEA, who married 4 Dec 1890 at Cd'A. Ella, born 9 Nov 1871, died 29 July 1936, is buried in St Thomas cemetery. Joseph P died 22 Sep 1929 in Spokane, and is buried with his second wife in Vancouver WA (see Find-a-Grave entry and stone photo).
In 1900,the family lived on a farm in Cd'A village, and comprised Joseph, b Sep 1854 IA (parents b Ireland); Ella, b Nov 1872 Canada (parents b Ireland), married 10 years, 4 births/living; Alphonsus, b Feb 1892 ID; Ignatius, b Nov 1893 ID; Edmund Gerald, b Apr 1896; and Paul, b Apr 1898 ID. —1 Jun 1900 Cd'A, ED60 p1A

In 1930, Ella, 46, widow, is renting 624 Sherman, with Ellen'25, age 24, and William'30, age 19. Ellen is an accountant for a mercantile company. Alphonsus Joseph, 37, WWI veteran, is selling cars in Los Angeles; with wife Rose 32 WA [married 8 years] and 2 children born WA: James P, 6; and Joan M, 5. On his draft registration, Al is color blind, with blue eyes, black hair, medium build, and claims birth 28 Feb 1893. Al died 17 Dec 1976 in Beverly Hills CA. —CADI, SSDI shows birth year 1892. Joseph RYAN was born 1863 IA to William & Bridget (BOYLE) RYAN. In 1870, the family lived in Clayton Co IA, and comprised: William, 46 Ireland, farmer; Bridget, 36 Ireland, insane; Mary, 15 IA; Margaret, 13 IA; Ann, 9 IA; Joseph, 7 IA; Elizabeth 5 IA; John 3 IA; James 1 IA. —3 Aug 1870, Strawberry Point, Monona, Clayton, IA, p9 [428].
By 1880, Bridget is in the Hospital for the Insane at Washington IA, listed as a widow. William died 1876, buried in St Patrick's Pioneer cemetery, Monona IA.
Bridget may have died 13 Oct 1903 in Walla Walla WA (age 69; transcript says 61).

Theresa married #1 4 May 1934 to John Joe RIGGS at Clarkston WA. Joe died 17 Feb 1950 at Spokane, and was buried near his parents in Lewiston. His widow Teresa married #2 Walter J CLOUGH on 8 July 1951 at Inchelium, witnessed by her sister Josephine'23. Theresa died 1986 in Spokane, and is buried near her parents in Holy Cross.

In 1940, Mary RYAN, 71, widow, lived at E 408 Sinto, Spokane, with Josephine E (35) and Joseph J, 25. They lived in Marcus WA in 1935.

Joseph A RYAN died on 3 Feb 1936 at Marcus WA. His parents were William RYAN and Bridget BOYLE. Mary A RYAN died on 10 Feb 1957 at Spokane. Her parents were Cornelius HOFFMAN and Antoinette TIELMANS.
